Shipping policy

We generally post plants on Monday or Tuesday with AusPost Express Post, to maximise chance of the parcels delivered before the weekend. Orders placed before Friday will be posted on the following Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be posted in the following Monday/Tuesday, depending on whether we can process your order (as we will need to de-soil the plants).

Our responsibility ends after we post the parcel, we are not responsible for any fault from Australian Post, including delay or lost of parcel. Australian Post will only cover up to $100 for any lost parcel, if your order is over $100, you may consider insurance or signature on delivery can be requested - extra fees required by AusPost. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance.
